ONEDRIVE CONNECTOR - USER GUIDE

Introduction

OneDrive Connector is a custom Salesforce application designed to help users upload and manage files in Microsoft OneDrive from within any Salesforce object record.

The connector works across any Salesforce object. Users can upload single or multiple files directly from Salesforce by adding the component to a Lightning Record Page. The uploaded documents are automatically stored in OneDrive, organized in folders that are named after the Salesforce record. This allows for easy folder identification and organized document management.

The connector also supports bi-directional synchronization, which means:

• Uploads or deletions done in Salesforce are reflected in OneDrive.

• Changes made in OneDrive (like file updates or deletions) are reflected in Salesforce.
